Volleyball
The 2006 girl's volleyball team went 19-1 in the regular season. The Wolverines took first in their conference and made it into post season play. After an injury to one of the main hitters, Paige Blasco, The Wolverines ended second in districts to continue on to Regionals. With Paige Blasco out for the season, the volleyball team struggled to compete. Abby Blasco was also injured during the tournament and the team failed to qualify for the State Tounament.
Boy's Soccer
The boy's soccer team had an average season going 4-8 and not qualifying for post season.
Boy's Golf
Nick Umholtz is the returning State Champion of 4A Golf in 2005 for Greeley Central High School. He had a strong season this year, returning as one of the top players in the state. After a great first day showing at state, Nick lost his top ranking and ended the tounament in 6th place.
Cross Country
Since Frontier does not offer Cross Country, students participate over at University High School. Juniors Kaleb and Kyle Greenwood qualified for the state meet along with the entire boys CC team at University. As a team, they ended 6th in the 3A state meet.
Girl's Basketball
Despite losing three starting seniors in 2006, the Frontier girl's basketball team should compete well with their opponents in the 2006-07 year. Returning players, senior Elise Strauss and junior Rachel Crump, should lead the team this season.
Boy's Basketball
With a new coach this season and only one graduated senior from last year, the Wolverines enter this season with an advantage. The Wolverines have a stong starting lineup and an even stronger bench.
